100xuci Platform Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the 100xuci website, including all pages, services and functions contained within it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the 100xuci platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by the User for the purpose of accessing platform services.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds held in the User's account at any given time, including deposited funds and confirmed winnings.
• "Bonus" refers to any credits, offers or additional benefits granted by the platform in accordance with applicable promotional terms.
• "Wagering" refers to the total wagering value that must be met before winnings derived from a bonus may be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the process of transferring a balance from the 100xuci account to the payment method registered by the User.

Singular words include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of the content.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Account registration on the 100xuci platform is open to individuals who meet all of the following requirements simultaneously:

• Aged at least 21 years on the date of registration.
• Not prohibited from accessing the platform by any relevant authority.
• Has not previously self-excluded from this platform, or any prior self-exclusion has expired in accordance with the established procedure.
• Possesses full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Registering in their own name and not on behalf of a third party.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on this platform. Registration of more than one account by the same individual, even using a different identity, is prohibited and may result in the termination of all such accounts and forfeiture of balances.

100xuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Documents that may be requested include but are not limited to MyKad, passport, bank statement or other relevant supporting documents.

3. User Account

The username and password registered are the exclusive responsibility of the User. It is the User's obligation to:

• Ensure that registration information is accurate, current and complete at all times.
• Keep the password confidential and not share account details with any third party.
• Notify 100xuci promptly via live chat support or email if there is any unauthorised use of the account.
• Log out of the account each time after using the platform, particularly on shared devices.

100xuci will not be liable for any losses arising from the User's failure to maintain the security of their account. If there is suspicion that account information has been compromised, 100xuci reserves the right to suspend the account until identity verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The 100xuci platform accepts deposits via various approved payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum requirements currently in effect are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per transaction for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 30 minutes and 3 hours after verification is complete.

All withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the deposit or to a method that has undergone identity verification. 100xuci reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests suspected of involving fraudulent activity or that breach these terms.

Users are fully responsible for any taxes or charges imposed by their bank or e-wallet provider. 100xuci does not impose any administrative fees for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

100xuci offers various bonuses to registered members. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms and Users are required to read those terms before accepting any offer.

For the first deposit bonus, the general terms currently in effect are as follows:

• First deposit bonus of 100% up to a maximum of RM888.
• Wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received before winnings from that bonus are eligible for withdrawal.
• For example: a deposit of RM100 yields a bonus of RM100 and a balance of RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 20 = RM2,000.
• Second example: a deposit of RM1,800 yields a bonus of RM888 and a balance of RM2,688, with a wagering requirement of RM888 × 20 = RM17,760.

Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts or using betting strategies deemed to be promotional abuse, will result in cancellation of the bonus and suspension of the account without prior notice. 100xuci's decisions regarding bonus eligibility are final.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the 100xuci platform are conducted in accordance with their respective rules, which are available for Users to refer to before playing. This includes online slots, live casino games such as baccarat, roulette, blackjack and sic bo, sports betting, sportsbook, 4D lottery and boxing betting.

General provisions relating to games are as follows:

• Game results produced by the system are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, 100xuci reserves the right to void the round in question and return the bet value to the User's balance.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled by the User.
• The RTP value of each game varies according to the game developer and game type. Users are encouraged to understand how RTP and volatility work before playing.

Exceptionally large jackpot winnings are subject to additional verification processes. 100xuci reserves the right to request full identity verification before processing winnings that exceed a certain limit.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the 100xuci platform:

• Using software, automated scripts, bots or any artificial method to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in multiplayer games.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Abusing the bonus system in a manner inconsistent with the purpose of the promotion.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing or behaving in a disrespectful manner toward customer support staff.

A breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances associated with the activity in breach of these terms and/or appropriate legal action at the absolute discretion of 100xuci.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 100xuci is not liable for:

• Any financial losses suffered by the User from gambling activity on this platform.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or events beyond reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the User's failure to follow account security instructions.
• Actions or omissions of third-party providers including game developers, payment service providers or technical infrastructure providers.

100xuci provides an online gambling platform as it is. While we endeavour to maintain consistent platform availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from disruptions or errors at all times. Users use this platform at their own risk and with full awareness of the nature of gambling.

9. Account Closure

Users have the right to voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 100xuci customer support via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, all existing eligible balances will be returned via the relevant withdrawal method.

100xuci reserves the right to close or suspend a User's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents within the specified period.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Instructions from the relevant regulatory authority.
• A self-exclusion request that has been received and confirmed in accordance with responsible gambling procedures.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a User and 100xuci, the resolution procedure is as follows:

• The User must first contact 100xuci customer support to attempt a voluntary resolution within 14 working days.
• If a resolution is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the regulatory body or arbitration mechanism designated by the licensing authority.
• The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

In the event of any conflict between the Malay and English versions of this document, the English version shall prevail for legal interpretation purposes. Nevertheless, 100xuci customer support is available in both languages to facilitate communication.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that provision shall be deemed void while the remainder continues in full force and effect.
